After eight years in captivity, our Bahamian Nassau Grouper have been set free. These grouper have been kept as broodstock in our Tropic Seafood Aquaculture Research Facility in Nassau, Bahamas, and harvested from the wild when they were young, to study how the species reproduces in captivity.
